What the site is for
hireopus.com describes Opus’s talent placement services and lets you request a shortlist or book an introductory call. The site itself doesn’t create a client engagement: placements are governed by the service agreement we sign with each client, which controls if anything on this site conflicts with it.
Site content
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties. Metrics we publish (such as retention and time-to-onboard figures) reflect our measured client outcomes at the time of writing and may change. Candidate profiles shown on the site are illustrative of our network.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site. That means:
- No scraping or harvesting content at scale.
- No attempting to breach or probe the site’s security.
- No submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
- No using the site or our contact channels to send spam.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, branding, and design belong to Opus or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission, other than normal browsing and sharing links.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to placement services is addressed in the client service agreement.
