    The discovery call takes 30 minutes. Three vetted candidates land in your inbox within seven days. Most placements close within 18 days of the kickoff call, often sooner.

  • What roles can you fill?

    We place senior hires across operations, finance, engineering, marketing, customer support, and executive support—full-time, embedded into your team. If you're hiring for a role that requires a specific industry background or technical skill set, the discovery call is the fastest way to confirm fit.

  • How does pricing work?

    One all-in monthly rate per hire. The rate covers talent, payroll, international compliance, and the support around the placement. Pricing depends on the role, seniority, and requirements. We'll walk you through it on the discovery call.

  • What if the hire isn't a fit?

    We replace them at no cost. A new shortlist of three vetted candidates lands within a week, and the search resumes immediately. The replacement guarantee runs for as long as the placement is on your team.

  • How is this different from a staffing firm or a recruiting agency?

    Traditional staffing firms charge 15 to 25 percent of salary per placement, average 35 to 44 days to hire, and disappear once the offer is signed. We work on a single monthly rate, place inside 18 days, and stay close through onboarding and the full lifecycle of the hire. Our placements join your team full-time.
